I loved the place, it was fairly clean & the staff were attentive and extremely polite. Hotel's breakfast was amazing. The location was magnificent, near to Perth and the region, the train station, and the centre. Everything was lovely, I recommend.

It was a truly exceptional and nicely appointed place to stay with outstanding value. The hotel had a pleasant restaurant for dinner.

The rooms were well decorated and brand-new, it was overall clean and big size venue. The location was lovely and fantastic, really close to a taxi to Perth city centre. No complains at all, the hotel met expectation.

Perfect service overall and parking on-site. Marvellous and quiet location, to the highlands. Based near to the garden and the jams.

The room was nicely furnished and spotless with really comfy bedding, homemade sweets, the grand windows as expected. The breakfast was marvellous and superb with value; the stuff where friendly.

Stayed for 1 night in this beautifully designed place, liked that. The staff was helpful, excellent all the time. The setting was marvellous, near to Perth and the region as well as the train station. Moreover, the hotel was within walking distance of Tibbermore Parish Church. Made-to-order breakfast was really tasty and absolutely superb.

The hosts, Alan and Ollie, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the beds extremely comfortable. The breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, leaving us feeling satisfied and ready for the day. One small detail that really impressed us was the soft woollen throw on the bed, adding a cozy touch to our stay. We also appreciated their recommendations for local eateries, which turned out to be fantastic choices. our experience at the Fitzroy was exceptional, and we have already recommended it to friends and family. I highly recommend this B&B for a fantastic and memorable stay.

Amazing and absolutely superb breakfast a wide array of meals.

Simply nothing too much trouble, really great stay. Extremely beautiful hotel in a nicely renovated Edwardian style building. Helpful excellent staff, fantastic location in quiet area close to the major sites of Edinburgh. So close to bus lines, a big shops like Morrisons, and Perth city centre, where there is a very good choice of restaurants. Gorgeous food at breakfast served in the dining room.
